Golden Anniversary Treats

Walkers shortbread cookies dipped in melted white and dark chocolate, chilled until set and decorated with gold sprinkles and toffee bits!

2 5.3-oz boxes walkers shortbread cookies
2 10-oz bags ghiradelli white melting wafers
2 10-oz bags ghiradelli milk chocolate melting wafers
1 8-oz bottle sweet tooth fairy 24K gold and white sprinkles
8-oz bag heath milk chocolate english toffee bits

1. Melt white and milk chocolate wafers in microwave each for ~2 minutes, stirring halfway.
2. Dip shortbread cookies in either the melted white or milk chocolate using a spoon to cover the entire cookie.
3. Once covered in chocolate, place cookies on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle each cookie with either sprinkles or toffee bits and place in the refrigerator until set.
5. Once set, remove the cookies from the refrigerator and plate them using extra toffee bits and sprinkles for garnish and decoration.
