Granola
βπΎπ£πππ ππβwith dried cranberries, white chocolate and candied pecans!
ΒΌ cup butter
1.5 cup instant oatmeal
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Various add-ins (white/milk chocolate chips, chopped pecans/walnuts, cranberries, raisins)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
3. While butter is melting, combine oatmeal, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Pour melted butter into oat mixture.
Spread oat mixture across the top of a baking sheet coated with cookie spray.
5. Bake oat mixture in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until oats are slightly brown.
6. While oat mixture is still warm, add chocolate chips. Adding the chips to the hot oat mixture causes them to melt, incorporating a nice chocolaty taste throughout the granola.
7. Once the granola has cooled, place any other add-ins into the mixture. Enjoy!
